For all Hair Extension Service bookings at The Hair Plug Sydney, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment.

Appointment Deposits:

• Deposit Required: A deposit is necessary to confirm your appointment.
• Installations: All installations require a deposit.
• Maintenance & Re-tightenings: All maintenance and re-tightening appointments also require a deposit.

Your deposit will be applied to your balance due at the end of your hair extension installation or maintenance appointment.

Cancellations:

• 48-Hour Notice: We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Less than 48 Hours: If you reschedule or cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointment.

Refunds and Exchanges:

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on hair extensions due to hygiene reasons. No refund on digital products due to the nature of information being instantly accessible.
