Terms of service

For all Hair Extension Service bookings at The Hair Plug Sydney we require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to be made upon booking to secure the appointment.

APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS:

A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT. 

All Installations require a 50% Deposit.

All Maintenance & Re tightenings require a $100 Deposit.

Your deposit will be applied to your balance due at the end of your hair extension installation or maintenance appointment.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment time.

We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time your deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointment.

 Strictly NO REFUNDS on Hair Extensions due to hygiene reasons. 

Hair Extension Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. If you have purchased Hair Extensions online that are the incorrect colour PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE ANY TAGS AND KEEP PACKAGING INTACT & contact us at info@thehairplugsydney.com so we can assist you in finding your perfect match.
