How to Process Your Hair Extension Order

Upon payment at the checkout you will get a document with the next steps available for download and emailed directly to you. 

  1. Select the Amount and Method: Choose the desired grams and method for your extensions. Pricing is calculated per gram.

  2. Choose Turnaround Time: Decide on the turnaround time for your order. Specify if the hair is a custom mix (wholesalers gain access to whole Rebond prices).

  3. Bundle Your Extensions:

    • Divide your extensions into groups of 50 strands each.
    • Secure each bundle with a band.

  4. Package Carefully: Ensure the bundles are packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit.

  5. Ship Your Package:

    • Visit an Australia Post office and ship your hair to the address provided in the “how to” document at the checkout.
  6. Send: Complete the shipping process at the post office and email us the tracking. 

Shipping & Returns

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on hair extensions due to hygiene reasons. No refund on digital products due to the nature of information being instantly accessible.
  • Tool Exchanges: Exchanges for tools must be made within 14 days of purchase. Please do not remove any tags and keep the packaging intact. Contact us at info@thehairplugsydney.com so we can assist you in finding your perfect match.
  • Shipping: All orders are shipped same day using Australia post.
